We had a great time at Altitude with a 5 and 6 year old. Some of the reviews had me nervous but the place was clean, no mice, no foot odor, and plenty of fun for the adults and kids! Even though there were a lot of people there (on Saturday) you would hardly notice as there were plenty of things to do with no lines and still plenty of open places to sit. Us adults especially enjoyed sitting in the massage chairs while watching the kids jump! Staff were pleasant and not at all rude or over-bearing. I'm really glad we went here and will definently be going back!
Such a fun place for kids. Owner is not keeping up with the cleanliness of place. Very unclean . Kids working look like they are overwhelmed, so short staffed is clearly the problem. Owner needs to shut down for a few days with the staff they have and do a good cleaning and sanitizing. We want to see this place continue, but cannot continue to go with It being unsanitary.
Affordable, clean and unlimited jump times. Great area for parents to work upstairs and keep an eye on kids at the same time. Definitely will be our go to place from now on.
This place is HUGE! I was worried about the cost, but for 2 hours with socks it was less than 20.00. The establishment looked very clean. Staff was a lot of teenagers which is a little off putting for me. It would have been nice to see some more adult staff type people there, but that is just a personal preference and did not effect my rating on them. Lots of activities. I like that parents can jump with their younger kids at no additional cost ro the parent. Very happy and my son liked it. We will definitely be going back.
My 2 children loved it! Black employees were working and actually watching the children. The young white employees were all behind the desk eating food, talking, goofing around, playing with or on their cell phone and drinking drinks. This all was observed. The toddler area wasn't supervised and older children adopted the toddler area, so we removed our children for their safety. A dirty dirty place, the play equipment/jungle gym, slide is just dusty and dirty on the outside so just imagine how it is on the inside. We haven't been anywhere else and our son is sick! See the pic.
This place was an AMAZING amount of fun for my 4 year old granddaughter...as well as for both me and my wife. What floored me was how fast you can work up a sweat doing this, as well as how an unexpected fall, at the age of 55, can be pretty unpleasant. I can almost hear the questions now: Why did you run around this place like you were 10 years old, especially before doing any stretching or warming-up ? Because that's kinda how I roll, not to put too fine a point on it. God, it was a blast, though...and it wore everyone out. I'm guessing we'll go back again at some point -- maybe during the winter months when we're otherwise cooped-up in the house.
It runs about $ 15 an hour for each person plus the cost of socks ( see one of the attached pictures )...but with the gripping surfaces on the bottom of the socks, using them DOES make sense.
I can't recommend this place enough...but, if you're more than about 35 or 40, try not to overextend yourself, hard as that may be once you start bouncing all over the place. I can tell you one thing: the gym units in grade school and junior high which used trampolines were never THIS much fun !
P.S. -- As an adult, the foam block pits are F-A-R harder to extricate yourself from than it might at first appear. You have been warned ! 😉👍
Would much rather go to urban air.
First of all, my little brothers WEEK OLD shoes got stolen. Then the workers were throwing a football in the way of little kids. And the place is falling apart so bad that it looks like a hurricane went straight through it and not the eye of the hurricane but whatever is the strongest. All of the foam blocks are shredded and I got foam in my eyes when I went in the pit. Please save your money and spend a little more by going to urban air, they have a very cool place with go karts, bumper cars, a BALL pit, and many other cool things that are way nicer and cleaner. I’m never going again. ✌️
We had a birthday party here and are members. Great place with plenty of room for kids to jump around and get energy out.
